I made a fansign for Sonya, and sent it to her-she loved it! She's going to give me a interview real soon that will be posted when I put up the new layout before the month is out...in te meantime you can check out Ms. Sexy Red Foxx doing a in-store promo in aytona Beach with a local record store that promotes her music by going to the Gallery/events section. Red Sonya and the Circle+Plus Clickk performed to a full house at Club 623 in South Beach March 10th, and represented lovely. Unfortunately I do not have pics of the event because
Syreeta had a mishap with her camera while she was there *damn* But those who attended and were in the house were Deepside (new group from M.I.A. who are working on their debut album with R. Kelly), M.O.B., Jacki O (she dropped in breifly), Brisco, Carol City Cartel, DJ Khaled (who hosted the event), and Pitbull. Next time
I will attend her next event and make sure my camera is functioning properly! LOL If you live in the Miami area, Sonya's song, "Can U Get Down," is included on a compilation CD that was being passed out on South Beach this past week. To get a copy of this CD you can go to the
Fokus Urban Wear Clothing Site to request a copy, if you didn't get a free street promo CD. It is also being shipped to 300 urban radio stations across the country for airplay, so tune into your local station to hear it soon! Fokus Urban wear is also being endorsed by industry heavy-hitters and athletes, including Busta Rhymes, Alonzo Mourning, (Miami Heat), and LL Cool J. It will hit clothing stores nationwide fall 2004. Ms. Sonya has also been chosen to head off the womens' wear clothing line as their spokeswear model for their print campain in Spring of 2005, so look for her to grace the pages of your favorite hip hop magazine soon!

Red Sonya's official site has been updated with a new placeholder page! Due to many delays and setbacks, her official site will be launched, FINALLY, on March 1, 2004....I can't hardly wait! So look for that.
OLD DRAMA WITH EX MANAGEMENT?? That's what seems to be the trouble brewing between Sonya and her old manager, Kenny Ortiz'. According to sources close to Sonya, She fired him last September when he failed to materialize any type of work for her, much less a solid, legitimate label deal. Red Sonya and her associates started putting two and two together and realized the Kenny didn't just relocate to Florida for just new business or acts...and at the same time managed to manipulate just about everybody around her and her Circle Plus Affiliation-and now he's crying foul, trying to throw salt in her game. He's even been calling her, to which she refuses to talk to him. He also tried to prevent her from signing with Mystikal's imprint as well as with Universal. He's also trying to hinder some other opprotunities that have come her way, including her promotional signing with Slip 'n Slide Street Records. Her new manager (Brian Watkins, Washington D.C.), is threating to go after Kenny legally if he keeps hindering her progress. It also seems that the poor guy couldn't keep his personal feelings seperate from his business dealings with her-and when she refused his advances, she also dumped him for those reasons as well. More on this as I get it! I'll keep you posted.(!)

I will be putting up a disclaimer page-Red Sonya contacted me and informed me that some viewers assumes she maintains this site-DUH!! I'm a fan of hers, and this is a FANsite!! I keep in contact with her but everything on this site in the way of audio and pictures are sent to me by HER or her MANAGER. I built and designed this site!
